Everything in their right time I suppose. I was able to download the game prior to the take-down. Very amazing! And I can report I did not run into any bugs in my journey, so props to the bug testers.

One suggestion I have: You could host any updates to the game in the form of IPS patches (or any other patching format). That way you wouldn't have to host the game on your website, but could still provide updates.

Of course this wouldn't be very helpful in regards to releasing ports of the game for different systems. But it would be something, at least.

The only bug I have found is the Breeding Grounds log pops up twice in the game. Not the log itself mind you, but the game notifies me that there's a new log later on and it brings me back to the Breeding Grounds log that i got the first time.

Other than that, I noticed a typo I left in the Gamma Metroid log Q_Q

Sucks that the project's basically having to go underground now, but I'm just happy that a final release made it out and at some point the Gravity Suit will stop being invisible

On the second time, you are notified that the log got updated (text changed with new data). So, not a bug.

I don't know it this is a bug, but when I get an upgrade, like a missile pack, all the HUD vanishes for a second before reappearing.

You are wrong doc. Nintendon't is a bunch of old farts that are arrogant selfish fucks who are disgusting. They do nothing but sodomize the fans of their franchises into oblivion. Fangames and other stuff don't take a single cent (or yen) out of their pockets and if nothing else ITS FREE ADVERTISING!!!!!!!!!!! Look at rockstar games! They started swinging the banhammer but almost immediately realized how stupid they were and did a 180 and now look at the success of GTA! And look at valve! They embraced change and when someone did a doover of halflife 2 THEY ACTUALLY PUT IT ON STEAM and now gabe newell's a fuckin' billionaire! In closing, I think this comment on YouTube sums it up best:

Guy makes hl2 remake. Valve: awesome we'll put it on steam!
Guy makes a *insert franchise name here* fangame/fan mod/fan film/tool-assisted speedrun. Nintendon't: Go screw yourselves!

Stop acting like Nintendo is a villan. People are gonna bandwagon and hate on Nintendo and will maybe make them think the fan base is bad and actually do something. So stop it. Just be glad that it got this far.
